We’re Hiring: Operations Coordinator — Mint Hill, NC!

 

In-Flight Crew Connections (IFCC) is looking for a highly organized, responsive, and service-minded Operations Coordinator to join our Operations team.

 

This is an in-office position based in Mint Hill, North Carolina and is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating people and logistics, and can exercise sound judgment while managing priorities, client expectations, and time-sensitive operational issues.

 

The Operations Coordinator will manage assigned trip requests from intake through confirmed crew placement and trip completion. This includes reviewing client requirements, identifying and initially screening qualified contract crew, coordinating client submissions and approvals, confirming assignments, arranging crew travel, supporting trip-related changes, and maintaining accurate records across internal and client systems.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate contract crew staffing and placement
  • Review trip details, aircraft requirements, crew qualifications, rates, and client expectations
  • Source and initially screen qualified crew members
  • Communicate with clients and crew throughout the placement process
  • Coordinate client submissions, approvals, and crew confirmations
  • Arrange positioning flights, hotels, ground transportation, and other crew travel needs
  • Support trip changes and other time-sensitive operational matters
  • Exercise sound judgment while managing priorities, client expectations, and time-sensitive operational issues
  • Escalate rate exceptions, compliance concerns, qualification questions, and unresolved issues when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate trip, crew, credential, travel, and status information in Bullhorn and client systems
  •  Follow established workflows, service standards, escalation procedures, and on-call protocols
  • Contribute to process improvements, standardization, and automation-enabled operations

Experience We Value

Candidates should have at least two years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Staffing or recruiting coordination

• Workforce or crew scheduling

• Dispatch or logistics

• Client service

• Contractor placement

• Another time-sensitive operational environment

 

Experience in corporate aviation, aviation staffing, flight department operations, crew scheduling, Bullhorn, Textkernel, credential management, or aviation travel coordination is a plus. ??

Because IFCC provides continuous support for flight operations, this role follows a rotating schedule that may include evening, weekend, holiday, and on-call coverage.
