I think they realize we work long days and are very worn out at the end of a trip. The Data Basics helps tremendously though! I can keep track of things as I go along. IFCC never make you feel like you are bothering them, and they try to make the task that you have to do easier because they understand, have patience and take the time to explain -- even if they have to re-explain. I never feel any pressure from them. Doing an expense report, getting paperwork done, etc. can sometimes be challenging on the road when it is not the number one priority. IFFC seems to understand and gets the job done without attaching stress to it. It's been a pleasure working with them.
