In-Flight Crew Connections (IFCC), a leading business aviation staffing and workforce solutions provider, will attend the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference happening March 24-26 in Cleveland, Ohio, reinforcing their commitment to supporting flight departments with flexible, people-centered operational solutions.

At this year’s conference, IFCC will highlight the continued evolution of their service offerings, including ONeCALL Flight Dispatch, which now operates as a dedicated service line within IFCC. This integration reflects a broader strategy to simplify access to supplemental scheduling and dispatch support. By mirroring IFCC’s long-established contract staffing model, they aim to provide clients with a more streamlined and unified partner for operational coverage.

“Schedulers and dispatchers are under more pressure than ever, and flight departments need partners who understand the operational realities behind the scenes,” said Jennifer Guthrie, Founder and CEO of In-Flight Crew Connections. “Bringing dispatch services under the IFCC umbrella allows us to better support our clients with consistency, flexibility, and a human-first approach, without adding complexity to their workflows.”

Building a Broader Support Network for Flight Departments

In addition to integrating dispatch into their staffing services, IFCC will be exhibiting alongside strategic partner Airplane Manager, underscoring the company’s growing network of trusted aviation partners. Together, these collaborations reflect IFCC’s broader vision of serving as a holistic and strategic resource for flight departments; not simply a staffing provider.

“Our goal is to help clients solve real operational challenges by connecting them with the right people, tools, and partners,” added Guthrie. “That means fostering relationships, not just transactions.”

Leadership-Led Commitment to Building Relationships and Showing Up to Support the Business Aviation Community

IFCC’s presence at the Conference reflects a deliberate, relationship-first philosophy. Their booth (#657) will be intentionally designed to prioritize meaningful dialogue with a focus on building long-term partnerships and offering leadership accessibility over traditional transactional engagement.

This year’s event will mark the first major industry appearance for Michael Fitoussi, IFCC’s newly appointed Director of Sales. With 15 years of staffing industry experience, Fitoussi is excited to bring his expertise to IFCC while expanding his knowledge and connections in the business aviation industry.

Clint Cannaday, newly promoted to the role of Director of Operations, will also be in attendance. With nearly 13 years at IFCC and an even more extensive background in aviation, he brings a unique and valuable perspective to every interaction.

Also attending is Founder and CEO Jennifer Guthrie, whose participation underscores her personal and continued commitment to staying closely connected to the aviation community her company serves.

“Showing up matters,” said Guthrie. “I’ve always believed that leadership doesn’t happen from a distance. Being present in the aviation community is a responsibility I take seriously; both personally and as a company. Leaders at every level, even those at the top, should be visible, accessible, and actively involved in conversations. Staying connected is what allows us to understand the real challenges our clients are facing and to build relationships and partnerships rooted in trust and shared experience.”

In addition to leadership, IFCC’s Senior Account Manager, John Bell, will be in attendance to engage in conversations around overall staffing strategy, dispatch support, and operational resilience. While attendees can enter a drawing for a Turtlebox Ranger Portable Speaker, the focus remains on creating space for authentic connection. Current IFCC clients who stop by will receive an exclusive gift as a small token of appreciation for their continued partnership.
