The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA or Act) requires certain employers to provide their employees with paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave (from your confirmed or current work assignment) for specified reasons related to COVID-19. These provisions will apply from April 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. For more information on FFCRA please click here.
Additional state and federal information regarding paid leaves has been updated in the Human Resources Tab of your www.paychexflex.com employee account. You will login with the existing employee ID and password you use to view your W-2 or paycheck detail. If you need help getting registered for Paychex follow the instructions listed here. Once you are logged in, you will click on the “Human Resources” section on the left hand side of your screen to find additional information. Please note that you will need to login to your Paychex account from a PC or a web address enabled tablet to view the Human Resources section, as it is not visible from the Paychex app.
