This option is for clients who prefer to select their own supplemental personnel, but need a vehicle to provide the Human Resource and Administrative Support. Our client remains the work-site supervisor and In-Flight Crew Connections becomes the administrative employer relieving the client of potential employer liability, human resource management responsibilities, employment tax liability and risk management of their contingent personnel.
As an additional benefit, ICC can manage and schedule these workers as needed, but also provides the ability to supplement the Client Specific Personnel Call List with other qualified individuals through our ONe-CALL™ TEMPORARY STAFFING SERVICE.
