CREW MANAGEMENT SERVICE
In-Flight Crew Connections can assume full
responsibility for managing client’s crewmembers and ground support
personnel. As the co-employer or employer of record, our clients
remain the work-site employer and ICC becomes the administrative
employer relieving the client of potential employer liability, human
resource management responsibilities, employment taxes and global
aviation workers’ compensation coverage of their contingent
crewmembers. In-Flight Crew Management serves as the offsite Human
Resource Department by providing: Human Resource Management,
Benefits Administration, Payroll Taxes and Processing, and Safety
and Risk Management. Optional provisions also include: Vendor
Management Services, Flight Coordination and Operations Services,
Crew Training Management, Asset Management, Maintenance and Quality
